Shipping and payment information

Payment terms:

The prices listed in the webshop include shipping costs to countries in the EU. Customers from other countries will be provided with a shipping quote upon request.

All prices quoted are in EURO and include statutory VAT. If the customer has EU Tax number we can provide VAT free invoice.

Payment options:

Advance payment: Payment is due within 5 days after receipt of the order confirmation against pro forma invoice.

Online Bank Card Payment

Customers outside the EU:

Customers whose delivery address is outside the EU only need to pay the net price. These customers must pay €150 net for the EU customs clearance. Any VAT and customs duties applicable in the destination country are to be paid by the customer.

Shipping:

Smaller products are shipped via GLS, Hungarian Post, while larger products are delivered by Raben, DB Schenker, or by the manufacturer's own truck, Königin-Trade Kft. Larger products, such as honey extractors with a diameter of 125 cm or extraction lines, are always delivered by the manufacturer's truck.

The fixtures/lines, which consist of several machines, are always delivered by the manufacturer, Königin-Trade Kft., using its own truck. The manufacturer's employees assist customers in commissioning the machines.

Customers can collect the goods from the warehouse by arrangement.

The expected delivery date is stated in the order confirmation. Typical delivery date: 3-4 weeks after ordering.

The shipping status of the ordered products can be tracked on the transport company’s website.
